Overview

All Together Now Ukraine (locally branded as Spivayut Vsi) is the Ukrainian adaptation of the British singing competition format by Banijay Rights, broadcast on TV channel Ukraina since August 2021. The show featured contestants performing in front of a panel of 100 music judges. I managed scenic production and set construction for the show as part of StarLight Scenery.

My Role

Coordination of designers, engineers and suppliers from concept to delivery
Production budget ownership for fabrication and transport
Installation and dismantling management under broadcast deadlines
Quality control throughout production and on-site delivery

Result

Delivered scenic production for a large-scale primetime singing competition format, managed from concept through on-set delivery under recurring seasonal production deadlines.
