Overview

CS2 Major Budapest 2025 is an international Counter-Strike 2 production held across connected Budapest event locations. My role focused on on-site scenic production support — coordinating setup, technical liaison between scenic, LED, lighting and rigging contractors, build-up supervision, quality checks and dismantling support within a tight event schedule.

Delivered on-site production support across two connected event locations within fixed access windows — supporting scenic build coordination, contractor alignment, quality control and handover for a fast-turnaround international esports production.
